At Meridian Funeral Home we pride ourselves in the attention to detail care of every family’s unique and individual requests for their loved ones funeral. Sometimes just as the photograph shows funerals can occasionally be colourful. The funeral for this lady was all about colour. The family requested that no one was to wear black, including ourselves, we were provided with our own button holes. The gents wore them in their lapels and I myself wore it in my hair. The family felt that they were showing us the true character of their loved one. What makes this a truly remarkable day was that the family Labrador also attended the funeral. He was allowed to travel with us and his owner in the hearse.
